Art R Us | Terms of Sale & Collector Agreement

At Art R Us, each work is curated with precision and presented under the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and professionalism. As a premier destination for museum-quality contemporary art, we operate within the established norms of the global fine art market—where all acquisitions are considered final.

Due to the exclusive, original, and often one-of-one nature of the works we represent, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Art R Us does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any artwork, including but not limited to:

Original works

Commissioned pieces

Limited editions

Sculptures and installations

Custom or bespoke works

We strongly encourage all collectors to conduct full due diligence prior to acquisition. Detailed information—including dimensions, medium, materials, provenance (when applicable), and condition—will be provided upon request. Additional photos, videos, and consultation are available to ensure complete confidence before purchase.

Upon completion of a transaction, title and ownership transfer immediately to the collector, and the sale is considered legally binding and final.

Shipping & Damage Claims

All artworks are professionally packaged and handled with care. In the rare event that damage occurs during transit:

Art R Us will assist in facilitating a claim with the shipping carrier. However, failure to report damage within the required timeframe may result in denial of the claim, for which Art R Us is not liable.

Agreement

By completing a purchase, the collector acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Sale in full, confirming that all necessary information has been reviewed prior to acquisition.
